Parts
Parts availability ranks as one of the
top considerations when deciding which
brand of equipment to purchase. To
ensure optimum stocking, our parts are
classified by "critical" codes. We
strive to stock 100% of the parts that
can be installed in two hours or less.
There is no need for you to go anywhere
else for your parts needs. We provide
engines, engine parts, undercarriage,
bucket teeth and shanks, fluid
connectors, batteries, cutting edges,
filters, lubricants, and many more parts
for John Deere, Hitachi, Sakai, Boxer,
Morbark, Grun, and other brands of
equipment.
Undercarriage purchases are made easy
for you. We offer JD Duratrax and
ValueParts undercarriage for almost
every make and model. SC2, extended life
undercarriage is available for most John
Deere models. Get longer life with no
pin and bushing turns with SC2.
We offer bucket teeth and shanks for
most applications including replacements
for Caterpillar, Hensley, Esco-Conical,
Super, and Helilok/Vertaloc.
Come in and check our display of John
Deere merchandise including clothes,
toys, and collectables.
Service
We have full service facilities in
Raleigh, New Bern, Greenville,
Fayetteville, Wilmington, and Ahoskie.
You can bring your equipment to our
shops or we can come to your job site on
one of fully equipped field service
trucks; it's your choice.
In addition, we offer air conditioning
service, welding, fabrication, and line
boring for almost every brand of
equipment.
Let us take care of all of your
maintenance needs as well. Our lube
trucks are outfitted to handle you
maintenance needs right on you job.

There's more to maintenance than just
changing oil and a filter. Extended
component life and productivity are the
result of our maintenance strategy.
Condition Based Maintenance depends on
actual machine conditions to determine
when and what actions are required.
Application and operating conditions are
considered when servicing you machines.
Fluid analysis is a major part of CBM.
By using guidelines for wear metals and
contaminants, we have visibility to
component condition. Also, our Super
Caddy II is a premier service tool that
gives us the ability to clean your
hydraulic system efficiently. Removing
contaminants from oil will prolong the
life of your equipment's components.
Too busy to worry about scheduling your
maintenance? Let us do it for you.
JDLink lets you and us monitor your
machine's hours and location allowing us
to schedule your maintenance for you.
You will not even have to call us in
order to obtain you hourly interval
services. We will call you when the
service is due and all that you have to
do is make the machine available to us.
Customer Support Advisors (CSA)
Certified CSA's have the knowledge and
technical skills to help you make
important decisions on machine
maintenance and repairs.
Within a few days after purchasing a new
machine from us your relationship with
one of our CSA's will begin. They will
see you and provide you with the
information that will make your
experience with R.W. Moore Equipment
Company simple and easy. They will
review the warranty on your new machine,
advise you of the service points,
explain who you need to call if you have
a need to contact us, and introduce you
to our maintenance program.
Forget about undercarriage, let our CSA
manage that part of your business. They
will evaluate your undercarriage on a
regular schedule and help you maximize
the hours of service that it gives you.
When it's time for undercarriage repairs
they will guide you through the process.
They will be glad to tell you about SC2,
extended life undercarriage, too.
Your CSA will be happy to handle any
need that you might have for parts,
service, or maintenance, all at no cost
to you for their service.
Power Plan Financing
If you need major repairs such as
undercarriage work, engine replacement,
or transmission overhauls, JD Power Plan
might be for you. With Power Plan you
can finance your repairs and hold on to
your cash that is needed for the
day-to-day operations of your business.
Credit applications are on hand at all
of our locations and should be submitted
prior to the date that the transaction
will be processed. Each transaction is
subject to credit approval. |
